Do you believe these stones came from inside our body?
![]() My friend and her husband tried this detox program and here is what she found: Liver/Gall Bladder Detox Please try to avoid goreng, oily, pedas food from Monday to Sunday during this program. On the 7th day, eat fruits or drink fruit juices at 10am. You may start having light lunch at 12.00pm. I lost 3 kgs & my husband lost 4 kgs in our 1st detox last week. We are doing it again next month. Recipe Liver/Gall Bladder detox can help with the following:
Monday to Friday Noon: Drink apple juice - as much as you can consume, with meals and between them. It should be at room temperature or heated, but not cold. 2 hours before or after meal. Saturday (or any day where the following day is free), Drink entire bottle of apple juice in the morning. Have lunch before 1.30pm. Do not eat anything after that. You can only drink water. At 6.00 pm, dissolve 1-2 tablespoon of Epsom salts in three-quartersof a cup of water and drink (8 oz). Follow this with a chaser of grapefruit juice to mask the taste, if desired. A different cathartic such as Citroma (magnesium citrate) can be used, but Epsom salts may be best because it helps relax bile ducts and valves. At 8.00 pm, dissolve 1-2 tablespoon of Epsom salts in three-quarters of a cup of water and drink At 10.00pm bedtime, take 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil mixed (shaken, not stirred) with up to one cup of grapefruit juice (or a smaller quantity of lemon juice). Using a straw and plugging your nose are helpful. Sunday at 6.00 am, dissolve 1-2 tablespoon of Epsom salts in three-quarters of a cup of water and drink. At 8.00 am, dissolve 1-2 tablespoon of Epsom salts in three-quarters of a cup of water and drink Go immediately to bed. You may need assistance in going to sleep.Lie on your right side, bend your right knee to your chest and hold for approximately 30 minutes. You can then lower your knee and proceed to sleep. After evacuation, the toilet bowl may contain many floating small green globs. Darker green ones may be older deposits. If you pass many tan/green globs, the procedure can be repeated in 2 weeks. If a moderate number are seen, repeat in 60 days. If a few are seen, every six months is sufficient. Several flushes may need to be accomplished before symptoms such as allergies, bursitis and some back pain are resolved. Use a flashlight to look for gallstones in the toilet with the bowel movement. Use colander to make sure you collect all stones Look for the green kind since this is proof that they are genuine gallstones, not food residue. Only bile from the liver is pea green. The bowel movement sinks but gallstones float because of the cholesterol inside. Calcified stones and stones containing protein may sink, but colander will catch all stones. Count them all roughly, whether tan or green. You will need to total 2,000 stones before the liver is clean enough to rid you of allergies or bursitis or upper back pains permanently. The first cleanse may rid you of them for a few days, but as the stones from the rear travel forward, they give you the same symptoms again. You may repeat cleanses at two week intervals. Never cleanse when you are ill. [HPS editors note: I started passing chaff through normal bowel movements after my 4th colon cleansing fast, approximately after a total of 4x14= 56 days of total colon cleansing within 9 months. The chaff continued in normal bowel movements for 8 months! Thousands of tiny stones, looked like small popcorn and small bee pollen granules, others looked like moth wings. Sometime I would drop at one bowel movement 50-100 pea size stones that would float in the water. It was truly an experience. Almost daily for 8 months! When I did my first Dr. Clark's liver cleanse I immediately dropped over 200 pea size green and tan stones, and when I examined them I was shocked. They crushed in my fingers and what I found was pure fat, pure cholesterol. Can you imagine hundred of them. Also in my second liver cleanse I had the same experience]. Sometimes, the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that did not form into round stones. They appear as a "chaff" floating on top of the toilet bowl water. It may be tan colored, harboring millions of tiny white crystals. cleansing this chaff is just as important as purging the stones. How safe is the liver cleanse? It is very safe. My opinion is based on over 500 cases, including many persons in their seventies and eighties. None went to the hospital; none even reported pain. Enjoy!

It is 'safe and smart' for just anyone who understands the importance of detoxification of our body, be it cleansing of liver, of colon or blood.
One has accumulated as time goes by, all different types of 'toxin' and 'waste' inside our body system. To flush out is the best way! When our body is contaminated with toxemia and acidosis, it is the best breeding ground for germs and virus that feed on them. And is that what you want to keep inside your body and be prone to diseases? Some wastes are so stubborn that water cannot flush them out. These wastes or toxemia are not water soluble thus needs good emulsifiers or fats to dissolve them and expel them. It is a chapter, an important chapter that all of us need to study and be involved in the cleansing processes! Get rid of the rotten fish and the flies will disappear! This is a concept, but some might not agree. Ask yourself, what have you done in all these years to cleanse or to clear the clog inside your body? What has made our body so acidic? Due to our body chemistry that can process and manufacture food and drinks, we have to be thankful to all those vital organs like liver and kidney or lungs that have not stopped a second to put things right. Too many people tend to eat what they feel they like to eat or tempted to eat but never gave a second thought of what is actually needed by our body! Well, if you feed the wrong fuel to the motor vehicle, will it run? Let's say we use water instead of petroleum into our oil tank, will the car go? Definitely NO! So, ask yourself, have your eaten healthy or just to please our palate or just to feel the fullness of our stomach? If the answer is no, then you better start doing the cleansing job... go for detox before it is too late. It pays to clear our clogs in our body.... before our body complains and get destroyed... who? We, ourselves destroyed our own body! Remember, all of us have an 'inner doctor' that can heal itself... it also means THE BALANCING ACT/CURE that our body is capable of doing it.
